Every app that shows when you're online

Blue checkmarks tell the sender you read their message. Off means they see a single gray check (delivered) but never a blue one. You also lose the ability to see theirs — it's mutual.

Shows the last time you opened WhatsApp. People use it to calculate how long you've been ignoring them. "Nobody" hides it completely; "My Contacts" limits it to people in your phone.

Controls who sees your profile photo. The default is Everyone — including people who have your number but aren't in your contacts.

Snap Map shows your real-time location to friends by default. Ghost Mode hides you from the map entirely. Without it, anyone on your friends list can see where you are right now.

The default lets friends-of-friends see your story. "Friends Only" limits it to people you've added back. You can also block specific friends from seeing it.

Shows your friends what you're listening to in real time. The "Friend Activity" sidebar on desktop and the "What friends are playing" feed on mobile display your current track. Off stops broadcasting.

Displays your recently played artists on your public Spotify profile. Anyone who visits your profile can see what you've been listening to. Off hides it.
