Turn Data Saver on or off in Instagram

With Data Saver on, Instagram doesn’t load videos ahead of time on mobile data, so it uses less of it.

Follow these steps on your phone.

1. Tap your profile picture, then tap the menu at the top.
2. Tap Data usage and media quality.
3. Turn Data Saver on or off.
